The AllaNova Group (AllaNova AB and subsidiaries) is an independent, family-controlled investment group headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
Our investment philosophy is a balanced mix of asset preservation and capital growth. Besides capital markets, our company focuses on syndicated loans, entrepreneurial investments, commercial real estate investments and forested land exploitation.
We manage capital in cooperation with leading external Scandinavian fund managers, proven quantitative and fundamental analysis services along with niche research firms, in order to provide our shareholders the highest quality implementation of our balanced and diversified investment strategy.
AllaNova Group consists of parent company AllaNova AB and subsidiary AllaNova Invest AB.
AllaNova AB is an independent family office and investment firm. We do not manage outside funds or take external clients beside the shareholders families. Together with our external partners, AllaNova AB invests in all asset classes in accordance with our conservative investment mandate.
AllaNova Invest AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AllaNova AB, which invests primarily in venture capital, syndicated loans, forested property and commercial real estate, mezzanine financing and unlisted small- and microcap companies.
The foundations were started in connection with the Swedish Tornio valley entrepreneur Allan Lehtos 50th birthday in 1989. The Britta and Allan Lehto Scholarship Fund was founded by petition of representative to three Tornio valley municipalities in order to promote the arts, culture and sports in the region.
The AllaNova Foundation was created to reward innovative technical solutions in the food and beverage industry. Donations to the Britta and Allan Lehto Scholarship Fund have primarily come from private individuals and from AllaNova AB, owned by the Lehto and Nyaiesh families. Donations to the AllaNova Foundation have primarily come from other companies and organisations.
Only the return on capital and dividends of the individual funds will be distributed in order to secure the longevity of the philanthropies.
